Idea Napkin No. 2

You: I am a very reliable person who likes to see the people around him succeed with him. I will never let anything defeat me and I will always reach my goals even if it takes me longer than I first thought it would. I think that I am a very good speaker and I am a person that hates to lose. I will always do whatever I must do to be better than the competition and to improve myself every day. I think if I did start this business it would be something that I could invest time into. I think that I could sell this product myself because my traits are good for selling.

What are you offering to customers: My product is going to be the first of its kind because it will be the first to allow people to smoke without any second-hand smoke or smell. This ill solve a problem that my customers have because there are many people that see smelling like smoke negatively. It will also stop second hand smoke from being an unhealthy problem for people around these smokers.

Why do they care: These customers will buy my product because they do not want to smell like smoke especially if they work in a professional environment. This product will allow these people to smoke and not have to worry about people judging them because they smell like smoke. It will also help people who live in very cold or hot places by giving them an option to smoke inside without the smell ruining where they smoke.

What are your core competencies: My core competencies are my work ethic. I believe that I will outwork any opponent that I have. I think that I also will work every day to improve myself and my product even if it seems like it is in a perfect place.

I think all of these things do fit together because I will work hard to perfect my business plan. I think that also having the traits I have will help me to sell my product after it is produced. I think that my work ethic will push me past the competition because there are other air filters out there. I just believe that mine will be the best and I will do anything to make it the best.

The two peer reviews I got were both mostly positive so it was hard to really change much or build on it. I did try to use my interviews from the secret sauce assignment in my “you” section this time. I think that assignment helped me to realize what my true deep strengths are. Using that helped me to realize what my strongest strengths are and not just list all my strengths.

  1. I think you did a nice job this time incorporating more specific traits about yourself. This adds a more personal component and I can really see that you're driven to make this work. You embody a lot of qualities of a successful entrepreneur and if you decided to move forward with your product you would be very successful.
