Elevator Pitch 3

I had a good amount of positive feedback on my second elevator pitch, but was told that I should try to slow down my speaking. I tried my best to do this in my new elevator pitch but have a hard time. For me once I start to flow through my pitch I struggle to realize when I am speaking quickly. Hopefully i spoke a little slower and made my speech a little more easy to understand.

    You did really well with this pitch. I agree with your feedback response as well, as I watched your previous elevator pitches. I think this was the best one because of your pace of speech and tone of voice. Well done.

    This was definitely your best pitch yet. You delivered it very well and I think your speaking speed was great. Your hand motions added to your pitch and made it seem very confident. You described your product really well and I think this would encourage people to buy it.

Your Venture's Unfair Advantage

1.      My ability to relate to anyone that I meet very quickly. o    This is valuable because it can help in situations with pitching ideas to a probable investor or meeting with prospective customers. If you can relate to those people they will connect with you. This may not be very rare but I feel like it is a pretty unique characteristic many people can communicate well but to be able to understand what people like very quickly and be able to talk about those things is somewhat rare. I think this is hard to imitate because it is a skill that has taken many years to obtain by talking to many people and getting good at reading their personalities. Growing Your Social Capital

1.      1 st person o    The first person I contacted is John Morgan an Outside Sales Associate for Air Filters, Inc. o    This person is filling my supplier slot because as an outside sales person he sells filters and parts for filters to other companies that would be likely competitors. o    I found this person through LinkedIn and contacted him through their In-Mail feature. o    I simply asked Mr. Morgan who his top consumers were and whether his main sales were to other businesses or to the ultimate consumer.
