Celebrating Failure

This semester I failed at acquiring a second interview with target. This starts with a success which makes the failure even harder to swallow but it also motivated me to be better and find my faults. After Career Showcase I was asked to do an interview with target for an internship spot this summer. I felt very confident and believed I did well in the interview, but was informed that I would not be asked back for another interview. Even though this hurt it also motivated me to try to recognize where I struggled in the interview and improve on this. It also made me think to the future because I want to do so well that I can look back and say that target missed a huge opportunity to have me in their organization. I think failure is something that is very polarizing for people because you either take it as a challenge to better yourself or you let it defeat you and actually regress because of failure. When your phone falls in between your car seat and you cannot retrieve it until you reach your destination.   Why is exists:  For some reason cars are built in a way that there is a dark abyss in between the seat and the center console. The manufacturer probably does this instead of binding seats with the center console so they are easy to remove for repairs.      2. When people do the dishes but do not scrub the remnants of food off the dishes before they place them in the dishwasher, leaving the "clean" product crusty. A young man driving a corvette going east on the Tom Stuart Causeway lost control and passed into the opposite lane of traffic. The car then crashed head on into another vehicle causing extensive injuries and damage. It seems as of now that alcohol, weather, and reckless driving were the causes. The problem is that drunk people still have the choice to start their car and drive while they are intoxicated. The main problem here seems to be the alcohol involved many people make bad decisions while intoxicated. The first being to enter their car, but then to also drive recklessly.
